Deborah Jacob was a Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Security for Security Pacific Corporation and Bank of America. She had worldwide security responsibilities for the corporation, its affiliates, & subsidiaries where she designed & built centralized corporate security functions from diverse, vertically-integrated business units to service the entire corporation including aviation. She won numerous awards and citations for public service, innovative technologies, and leadership.
In 1993 she was invited to become the first senior fellow at the United States Department of the Treasury, Office of Enforcement, in Washington D.C. Deborah then returned to the San Francisco Bay area where she recently retired from Bechtel Corporation as Senior Security Manager where she was responsible for security in Asia/Pacific and the Americas and designed the homeland security program for the corporation. Deborah has extensive experience overseas and with all aspects of aviation and protective security.
During her career, she served on the Office of Drug Control, Roundtable of Experts; the Presidential Advisory Board for the US Marshall's Service; served as the Senior Financial Security Advisor, Executive Office of the President, Office of National Drug Control; was an advisor to Interpol Foundation; a founding member of the US State Department's Overseas Security Advisory Council ; chaired the American Society of Industrial Security's Olympic Task Force for the Los Angeles Olympics; co-chaired the American Banker's Association and the International Association of Chief's of Police Security committees and; board member of the International Banking Security Association.
She has been honored as one of Los Angeles ' woman leaders by the YWCA, and has served on the boards of several non-profit groups.

John Cosenza was Managing Director for Global Security, Investigations and Life Safety at Citigroup. In this capacity, John was responsible for all security, investigations, and safety for over 300,000 employees in 105 countries. During this 29 year career at Citigroup, John also served as Managing Director of Corporate Services, developing and leading Citigroup's Business Aviation and executive support functions, and was Assistant Corporate Secretary for Compliance.
He also served as Vice President for Global Security and Aviation at Siebel Systems, the world's leader in customer relationship management systems software. In this role, he was responsible for leading all Security, Life Safety, Risk Mitigation and Investigation activities, and managing the company's business aviation operations. John also spent two years on the management team at Webvan Group, directing all Security and Risk Management activities including Information security and regulatory compliance.
John has extensive experience in the global security and safety environment, analyzing and mitigating risk for both medium and large corporate entities. Together with his background developing and managing global flight departments, John is recognized as one of the leaders in the private and business aviation profession.
John is a founding member and former Co-Chairman of the U.S. Department of State Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC). He is a member of the National Business Aviation Association Security Council. John is also a former Chairman of the International Banking Security Association and the American Bankers Association Risk Management Division. He serves on several not-for-profit and advisory boards, and has been active in community projects in both the New York City and Northern California areas.
